When I visited Dr. Jonathan Dai, who is one of the few Gonstead Chiropractors in town, he took the time and explained how spine alignment affects your body thoroughly. I finally realized what my real problems were and understood the importance of adjustment. He was able to point out the issues I had been having for many years by just looking at my x-ray. The first consultation already made me feel so much better knowing that I can live without pain and stay active.
